1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or booking a mobile auto detailing appointment with High Desert Detail Co. LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit your information through our website.

2. Services

High Desert Detail Co provides fully mobile auto detailing services in Twin Falls, ID and surrounding communities in the Magic Valley. We bring our own water and power to your location, subject to safe and reasonable access. All services are performed by the owner-operator, Caleb.

3. Booking Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed by text message or phone call. Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee a specific date or time until we confirm with you. We aim to reply to every appointment request the same day it is received.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (855) 798-1486. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided as an estimate based on the information you share. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual size, condition, and location of the vehicle. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated during scheduling.

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, or cosmetic conditions that may be affected by the detailing process. Please remove any valuable or fragile items from your vehicle before your appointment.

7. Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, updates, and invoices. If you opt in separately, you may also receive promotional and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Desert Detail Co's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
